Who is Chery?

My name is Chery and I live in the San Ysidro Mountains.  My home is nestled in an  oak grove at 4000 feet in the backcountry of San Diego County a mile from the Pacific Crest Trail.

I have been a yoga instructor and bodyworker for almost thirty years.  As an elder in the Women’s Movement, I have a special place in my heart for women… especially young women.  (I miss my daughter & grandchildren who live too far away!) 

I started working as a teacher when I was 23.  At 73, In 50 years I have acquired a significant amount of training & experience as a teacher, a somatic therapist/bodyworker, a yoga teacher, Zero Balancer and CranioSacral Therapist, an Embodiment Coach, a businesswoman, an activist, and a leader.

For almost two decades I have worked with women who have pelvic dysfunction and helped them release pelvic trauma and restore healthy function, sexuality, sensuality and personal power into their lives with Zero Balancing, CranioSacral Therapy and Pelvic Floor Yoga.

My mountain home arose from a vision and is manifesting  through a kind of “personal magic.”  It is my passion to share this “magic” with others.
