TO YOUR BODY, MIND AND SPIRIT!
PLEASE ARRIVE A FEW MINUTES EARLY TO SET UP AND BE READY TO
BEGIN AT 9:30.

Chery’s Presence Yoga classes are a gentle, yet powerful experience to help you get in touch with your body as you quiet your mind.
You will learn basic yin yoga poses that open your hips and shoulders and release tension from your back.
You will learn breathing techniques to improve your body’s function on all levels.
You will learn the truth about “core” strength and how to build it from the base of your pelvis.
You will learn the “slow flow” movement with breath that improves your balance, strength, and flexibility.
Chery provides mats and props so all you need to bring is your water bottle and a small towel.
Dress in easy, stretchy, layered clothing.
