Since 1990 I have been involved in the Integrative Medical Field. I believe there are many paths to healing… methodologies to bring our bodies back to balance. In balance, our bodies are relieved of dis-ease, pain, anguish, and suffering.
I have become an accomplished hands-on therapist with dialoguing skills to integrate the body/mind connection. More importantly, I have learned to hold myself with a neutral viewpoint to explore with each client the unique possibilities available to him or her.
In 2020 I added Distance Healing to my modalities to service clients who live too far to come to my home for treatments.
Listed here are the primary modalities I draw from when giving treatments.
CST with SER ~ CranioSacral Therapy with Somato-Emotional Release: CST uses a gentle touch to release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.
ZERO BALANCING ~ Deeply relaxing and energizing, ZB touches your core, at the level of bone, to release held energy and promote wellness and balance.
DISTANCE HEALING ~ In 2020 hands-on therapy was stopped due to the Pandemic. Many of us trained with Suzanne Scurlock and became Certified Distance Healers. I am a Master Certified Healing from the Core Practioner and Master Certified Distance Healing from the Core Practioner.
ASHIATSU ~ “The deepest most luxurious massage on the planet.” Receive deep tissue massage to deeply relax tight muscles as Chery uses her feet to treat with her overhead bar system. Clothing off.
PELVIC MASSAGE in the Mayan Tradition ~ Using special oils experience the massage that gently encourages the release of tension and pain from the abdominal area and enhances digestion, elimination and sexual fire.
YOGA DANCE ~ In yoga dance we use breath, movement & music to get in touch with ourselves. With minimal verbal cues, we learn to listen to the inner dancer encouraging us to move to music with our own inner guidance. Freeing and Fun! Loose or stretchy clothing for ease of movement.
YOGA THERAPY & PELVIC FLOOR YOGA THERAPY ~ Classic Pranayama and Yin Asana to facilitate wellness. Pelvic Anatomy and Pelvic Floor Yoga to heal and prevent Pelvic Dysfunction. On the mat, learn to relax deeply, breathe fully, move with grace and ease, and build core and upper body strength for a healthier you. Loose or stretchy clothing for easy movement.
